Town Court

Court is held at the Town Municipal Building on the 1^st, 2^nd and 4^th Tuesdays of each month, unless court sessions are cancelled due to holiday or bad weather. Court begins at 5:30 pm with doors opening approximately one-half hour before Court.

There are no set office hours.

The district attorney’s office will be in attendance on the 4^th Tuesday of each month.

Questions and/or adjournment requests may be submitted by mail, email or phone.

In person payments: cash, money order, certified bank check, or credit card. (Mastercard or Visa. A service fee does apply). NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
